Hello! I’m David Jimenez-Rosado, an experienced educator and dedicated researcher passionate about empowering students, teachers, and communities. Currently, I serve as an educator at a Title I school in Texas, where I work to enhance student achievement and teacher development with innovative strategies.

Over the past 14 years, I have devoted my career to improving educational outcomes in diverse school districts. My work fosters meaningful parent engagement, advocates for equitable opportunities, and supports immigrant families and English Language Learners.

With a background in Advertising and a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, I bring a creative, interdisciplinary approach to solving educational challenges. As a doctoral student at the American College of Education, my research explores Social Capital and Parent Engagement, emphasizing how these elements can strengthen collaboration, inclusion, and academic success in diverse communities.

I believe education is not just a pathway to success but a foundation for building stronger communities. Through my work and research, I aim to inspire innovation, equity, and empowerment for the next generation of leaders.
